DUAL ADJUSTMENT ENGINE BASE

Merckell offers a variety of basic dual-adjustment motor models to meet the needs of each industrial application.

Each of these series offers similar characteristics:

Robust assembly (HD)
Push/pull system allowing the mechanic to push and pull the engine to position it correctly.
Rectification of the lower and upper surfaces to eliminate the lame foot normally induced in manufacturing; a quality characteristic unique to Merckell.
Surface preparation by shot blasting and standard baked paint RAL 5002 with the option of custom color for each customer.

The HD and HDTP engine bases are designed to NEMA standards and are available in 254 to 449 T-series sizes.

Custom-fit dual-adjustment engine bases

Merckell offers the design and manufacture of custom dual-fit engine mounts in any size. Depending on the lead time, the engine mounts are manufactured from a bent assembly or entirely from welded components. Merckell offers a variety of options:

Robust Assembly (HD)
Push/pull system allowing the mechanic to push and pull the engine
Regrinding of top and bottom surfaces to eliminate the foot
Limping normally induced during manufacturing
