DUAL ADJUSTMENT MOTOR BASE

Merckell offers a variety of basic dual-adjustment motor models to meet the needs of each industrial application.

Each of these series offers similar characteristics:

Robust assembly (HD)
Push/pull system allowing the mechanic to push and pull the motor to position it correctly.
Surfacing of the top and bottom surfaces to eliminate the lame foot normally induced in manufacturing; a quality characteristic unique to Merckell.
Sandblasting surface preparation and standard powder coating RAL 5002 with the option of custom color for each customer.

The HD and HDTP motor bases are designed to NEMA standards and are available in 254 to 449 T-series sizes.

Custom-made Dual adjustment motor base

Merckell offers the design and manufacture of custom dual-fit motor mounts in any size. Depending on the lead time, the motor mounts are manufactured from a bent assembly or entirely from welded components. Merckell offers a variety of options:
